Pre-orders allow us to reduce wasted products and deliver you the best possible price. We run pre-order windows and will begin production of each batch at the end of a window.

First of all, thank you for buying from Oroz & Co and supporting sustainable fasion! Shortly after you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email including your order number and a summary of the products purchased.
If you have not received the confirmation email for your order 24 hours after making the purchase, most frequently the reason is that there has been an error in the email address you provided. In any case, please contact us to resolve this.
Pre-order items will be shipped around the estimated shipping date shown on the product web page. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a notification.
Do not worry! For issues related to purchases, such as: order status, changes in delivery address, errors when placing the order, erroneous products, defective items, partial deliveries, etc., please use our contact form so we can help you.
Please note that, once your package has been shipped we cannot guarantee a successful change in delivery address in case you might want to do so. If the change is requested and processed before your order has shipped, it should be possible to make a change in the delivery address.
