Shipping & Returns
We offer free delivery for orders above 100€ in: Spain (Peninsula), France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Belgium and Netherlands.
For delivery to Denmark and Sweden we currently have a small charge (7€)
For UK deliveries we have to charge delivery fees (10€) due to the increased costs post Brexit.
For US deliveries we charge a flat rate of 30€ for International Express shipping.
We are working hard to open up delivery to other countries but if your country is not on the list and you would like to order please let us know at email@example.com and we will do our best to make it possible :)
When you receive the item that you have purchased at www.orozandco.com, please check that it corresponds to the one you purchased, that it is in perfect condition and that it has not been damaged during transport.
In case you detect any issues please inform us within 48 hours from the receipt of the article by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, including your personal data, order number and a description of the incident and we will contact you as soon as possible to solve the incident.
If you do not receive the order after 10 business days from when you receive the notification of dispatch of the order, please, do not hesitate to notify us and we will chase it down.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
If you placed an order within the EU, you will not have to pay custom fees to receive your order. If you placed an order from outside the EU, it is possible that you need to pay custom fees. This depends on the customs laws in your country.
* For UK orders, all custom fees are already included for all products below £135 ( = 157€). Customer will be responsible for custom fees on products over £135.
Return & Exchange Policy
You have up to 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order to return or exchange your item(s), counting for this purpose as the start date that stated on the delivery note.
However, please notice that all returns and exchanges require communication of notice within 14 days of receiving your order. As sustainability is one of our most important values, on doing this if your product doesn’t fit you we get it back on time to find it a new home asap, allowing us to achieve our zero-waste commitment.
Please email us at email@example.com indicating your order number, the item(s) that you have decided to return or exchange and the reason. The latter is important for us as your feedback is our engine to improve every day.
Exchanges: if you would like to exchange your product for another size, colour or product from our store:
- EUROPE: Oroz & Co currently covers return shipping fees for exchanges in: Spain. However, shipping fees for the second delivery will be paid by the customer.
Once we receive your request by email, our team will be in contact to you to send you a prepaid shipping label and we will issue a Credit Store Voucher / Coupon for the amount you paid, minus the second delivery fee, which you can use to buy another product or the same one in another size or style. Your Credit Store Voucher / Coupon does not expire.
- OTHER COUNTRIES: At this moment we are unable to proportionate the free exchanges from countries outside of Spain. But we still want to make things easier, so we will still be able to send you a prepaid shipping label.
Once you exchange request is approved, you will be informed of the shipping cost by our customer care team and the prepaid label will not be issued without your acceptance. Once acceptance our team will be in contact to you to send you a prepaid shipping label and we will issue a Credit Store Voucher / Coupon for the amount you paid (minus the return shipping cost and the second delivery cost), which you can use to buy another product or the same one in another size or style. Your Credit Store Voucher / Coupon does not expire.
* The shipping costs are established per pair due to the extra costs that courier companies charge for the parcel’s volumetric weight. We highly recommend not disposing of any of the original packagings while requesting a return.
* If you prefer you can also use the courier company of your preference. Kindly note, the item is the customer's responsibility until it reaches us, so it’s mandatory to send it by any postal service that requires signing upon delivery and provides tracking. If you send the package from outside the European Union, please make sure you send it with Delivery and Duties Paid because we will not cover any extra costs generated at destination when the package reaches us. We will not be able to collect the package and/or if collected the extra costs will be deducted from the Credit Store Voucher / Coupon. If you choose this option you will receive your Credit Store Voucher / Coupon once we receive the package or once you send us the tracking information, depending on the country you are sending the package from.
Returns: if you would like to return the product and receive a refund:
- If you choose the return option, once you return request is approved, you will be informed of the shipping cost by our customer care team and the prepaid label will not be issued without your acceptance. Once acceptance you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email that will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
- If you prefer you can also use the courier company of your preference. Once we receive your package (or tracking details depending where are you sending your package from), and after checking the condition of the products, we will issue the refund.
- When a return request exceeds the period of 14 days, we will kindly accept the refund request but please note we won’t be able to issue a cash refund this time and instead we will generate a Credit Store Voucher / Coupon for the final amount, deducting the prepaid label cost in case it is used to return the package to us.
Important: All products must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in original packaging with all cards, dust bag and tags, otherwise we cannot promise we can exchange or refund.
Any refunds to your account will be made within 30 days upon receipt of the return if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.
While we promise to work to make sure your order is fully satisfied, as a small brand, we must reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet any the conditions.
